TFE @ PPAC
What our SemPastors can expect from their time with us
Our promises to you
We promise to provide you with a safe and supportive environment where you (and your family) can grow in your personal faith. We promise to provide you with opportunities to grow and discover your particular calling in ministry. We promise to provide you with the tools and resources necessary for success in your ministerial assignments. We promise to love you no matter what, just like Christ does. During the First half Of Your TFE Experience
Your TFE experience will take 2 major phases. The first phase will focus on using your God-given strengths to get victories in ministry. We want you to integrate into our church family as quickly as possible, and we want our church to gain confidence in your ability to serve. Putting you in ministry experiences where you already excel will also give you some confidence in your new environment. These opportunities will come with feedback and evaluation as we try to make your strengths even stronger. If you already preach well, we look forward to seeing you in our pulpit, and if you have history with youth ministry, we can't wait to see you break a sweat during a Saturday night gym night. During the Second Half Of Your TFE Experience
During the second phase of your time at PPAC, expect to get out of your comfort zone. We've already built on your strengths and given you "easy" victories; now we trade in your built-up credit to do something new or uncomfortable. The goal is to minimize your weaknesses in ministry by providing you experiences, tools, and training that will make you more rounded in your ministry. If you've never led a church board, done a school worship, visited a grieving member, knocked on a door, etc., you might do some of those things (and more!) during the latter half of your TFE time with us. TFE Opportunities
Ministries in our church are built around our 4 COR Values: WORSHIP. BELONG. LEARN. PROCLAIM. A message from our former pastorsPPAC has been blessed with some amazing students who have gone on to do big things for the Lord. This video was compiled in preparation for our church's 40th anniversary in August 2018.
